Breakfast at BayView

breakfast1Enjoy a romantic Vancouver getaway at Bay View Bed and Breakfast

Imagine waking up to the mouth-watering smell of home baking.

Here at BayView B&B for our first course we make fresh baked goods which we serve with our homemade jams, delicious fruit smoothies or freshly squeezed orange juice, and our own specially blended freshly ground coffee and a wide range of teas.

The second course is equally delicious. Our guests love our hot generous entrées. Some typical dishes include:

  • baked wild BC salmon marinated in dark rum or maple syrup with fluffy scrambled eggs and cheese
  • lemon ricotta pancakes with pure Canadian maple syrup plus our own spicy bacon
  • three cheese fresh crab or sweet onion quiche with sugared ham
  • French toast topped with caramelized pears and delicious peppered ham
  • Waffles topped with fresh strawberries & handmade chicken & apple sausages

If you are still hungry, there is a third course: BayView’s special granola loaded with nuts and fruit. You can top it with our delicious stirred yogurt.

At BayView, every breakfast ends with dessert. This fourth course might be raspberries in homemade lavender cream or melon balls with candied ginger or gin-filled baked grapefruit. A refreshing way to end a scrumptious meal.

At low season we have a generous continental breakfast. It includes eggs, ham, cereals, yogurts, bread for toast, jams, fresh fruit, juice and a variety of teas & our own blend of coffee.

Enjoy breakfast on your private balcony or patio in your cosy BayView robes or if the weather is not the finest you can choose between eating in the privacy of your suite or joining the other guests in the dining room.. Wherever you choose to eat, the meal will be memorably delicious.

WE ALSO ACCOMMODATE SPECIAL DIETS
